Where our information comes from

Business profiles are built from information the business confirms directly (via our ownership verification process), supplemented by publicly available information where a business has not yet claimed its listing. Every profile shows its information status.

What we don't do

We don't process jewellery orders, hold escrow, or authenticate gemstones. We don't fabricate listing counts, "customers helped" figures, or star ratings. We don't silently relax a location or service filter because a search returned no results.

Correcting information

If something on a profile looks wrong, use the "Report incorrect information" link on that profile, or contact us directly.
